**Job Overview**:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including:

- **Strategic HR Leadership**:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and support the organization’s growth.
- **Talent Acquisition & Development**:
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in an international complex high-tech environment.
- **Performance Management**:
Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring that employee objectives are aligned with business goals, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- **Employee Relations**:
Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- **Compliance & Legal**:
Ensure that all HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and safeguarding the company’s reputation.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- **Organizational Development & Change Management**:
Lead organizational development initiatives, such as restructuring, improving efficiency, and managing the change process to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting**:
Utilize HR metrics to make data-driven decisions, provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key HR initiatives, employee satisfaction, and workforce planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the day-to-day attendance tracking, absence, sick leave.
- Draft Employees’ letters to different entities.
- Identify staffing needs and recruitment efforts that align with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns, handling conflict resolution and addressing grievances.
- Create a performance procedure for mid-year and end of year appraisals.
- Create an HR performance feedback survey.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Identify skills gaps and develop training programs to support employee development and career progression.
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures and code of conduct.
- Draft HR forms and procedures.
- Administer the company’s compensation and benefits program through market research and benchmarking.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies in line with legal requirements.
- Handle labor law issues, including employment contracts, terminations, warnings, mediating disputes etc.
- Handle the company’s air tickets and hotel bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
- Handle the company team buildings and occasional activities.
- Handle administrative tasks as instructed by the Managing Director.
- Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, overtime and increment payments.
- Handle health insurance claims and complex cases.
- Handle company insurance policies.
- Visit the camp and labors accommodation as required.
- Handle other HR & Admin tasks and responsibilities as needed or requested, adapting to the evolving needs of the company.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (minimum 7 years’ experience).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly considered, while German would be an advantage.
