HR Assistant

The Human Resource Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative functions to ensure effective HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee management, and maintaining HR records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and managing documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data protection compliance.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking as required.
- Assist with HR initiatives, reports, and projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, SAP).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Qatar.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
