HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, update, and manage HR information systems (HRIS) and databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training as needed.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings and events, such as training sessions, employee recognition programs, and company-wide communications.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
