**Job Title**: Helpdesk / User Support Specialist Location: Qatar (Onsite) Experience: 5+ years in Helpdesk / User Support Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Helpdesk or User Support role. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking. - Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Advantageous Qualifications**:
- Certifications in relevant areas such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. - Experience working with government organizations. - Familiarity with government-specific security and compliance requirements.
