Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Has over 3 years of experience in managing helpdesk operations in a project of similar scale within the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
- Strong knowledge of operating CAFM system
- Experience with a wide range of computer programs including Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical facility services.
- High analytical ability and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English languages, verbally and in writing, with the ability to express ideas at all levels and possess high communication skills.
- Can develop strong and professional relationships with users.
- Self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
