Sales Executive

**Role Description**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and sell a range of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s IT offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in IT sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud computing, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
