**Role Description**
We are seeking a full-time, on-site **Sales and Marketing Specialist** for ABM4Trades in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion. The Specialist will handle communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the dental and medical equipment sectors.
- Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and offerings.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and trade show participation to promote offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales and sales management experience, particularly in healthcare equipment or related industries.
- Expertise in training and development to educate clients on product features and usage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in dental or medical equipment sales is highly preferred.
