Key Accounts Manager

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are met with exceptional service and support.
- **Sales and Business Growth**: Identify opportunities to expand business within key accounts, promote new products, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive key account management, closing sales, and identifying new business opportunities.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends, monitor competitor products, and proactively adjust strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies, participate in product demos, and provide technical product knowledge.
- **Product Knowledge and Client Support**: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and provide hands-on support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Professional Development**: Continuously improve through professional learning and staying up-to-date with market dynamics, product innovations, and medical industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in account management or sales in the **medical products** industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to manage **key accounts** and provide high levels of customer service.
- Strong **communication**, **negotiation**, and **interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, with strong **organizational** and **time management** skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and **Microsoft Office Suite**.
- Fluency in **English and Arabic** is required.
