We are into Staffing Business, looking **Payroll and Welfare Officer** for us at Doha Location. Please find Job description below:
**Job Description**:
Experience: 4 to 5 Yrs
Salary : 3000 QAR + (Food + Accommodation + Transportation)
Responsibility as Welfare Officer:
- Establishes and maintains good relationships between Managers and staff
- Assists in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between the staff and the Manager
- Builds employee relations capacity and enables management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initiatives and the delivery of targeted training programs.
Responsibility as Payroll Officer:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Hand on Experience in MS Office
- Hands On Experience in all Excel Formula
- Accounting Background would be added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Valid Passport required
