**Job Summary**

As a Document controller / Call Center executive you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of company documentation. Prime responsibility will be to contact customers & take their appointments for our technical team, inform the same to client Office and update the ERP with fixed schedules. Liaising between clients/consultants' offices & in charge of all sorts of communication modes. You could be sorting electronic or hard copies of project documentation and producing reports based on this.

The job role involves the following duties:

- Office Administration, Time Management, acting as Client focal point, etc
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers

Should be in the Age Group of 23 to 32 Yrs & Have experience in Call Center office administration, document controller activities, etc.

Able to communicate in English/Hindi

BE / B.Tech Holder, Fresher’s / 2-3 yrs experience with ERP Administration.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
