- We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our team at Sparrows in Qatar.
- The main purpose of the Administration Assistant is to support the in-country Operations Team and administration needs of the Business Unit in direct communication and support of the General manager & Operations Coordinator.

**About this role**
- Assist with logístical needs of ongoing projects
- Completion of PSA/Onboard/Booked work reporting
- Assist with procurement needs of the business unit
- Assist with travel and governmental/legal requirements for staff with obtaining visa’s, passes, offshore travel arrangements etc
- Support with new client vendor registration and clients on Sparrows AVL
- Assist & support supplier accounts as requested

**HSEQ Responsibilities**
- It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with, and follows the Company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the Management Systems.
- The incumbent must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems according to the Management System processes/procedures.
- The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health, safety and/or environmental legislation to follow these.
- The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have excellent communication & fluent in English language (Verbal/Written)
- Must have competent administration experience - Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Qatar Pro experience preferred
- Must have good command of computer-based operations
- Familiar with MS Office/Windows, Excel, Adobe acrobat, PowerPoint
- Qatar driving licence preferred
