**Responsibilities**:

- Look after a portfolio of client accounts.
- Actively work towards selling new services and meeting sales targets.
- Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
- Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
- Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Division Manager.
- Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
- should the account be expanding, you should provide an early indication of resources needed to capture additional market share
- The role is support for client engagement opportunities, opportunity management, contract handover and management of contract review processes.

**Skills & Expertise**:

- Understanding of waste management and recycling processes, technologies, and regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information related to waste management and recycling to clients.
- Experience in sales and negotiation, particularly in the context of waste management solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Skills in identifying and resolving issues related to waste management and recycling.
- Capability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements specific to waste management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the waste management and recycling industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
- Arabic language skills is a plus.
