Creative and User Experience Management

User/Customer Experience (UX/CX) Manager

Location: Qatar
Role: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Experience Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with user experience goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor user experience metrics and recommend improvements.
- Training and Education: Educate teams on UX best practices and principles.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in UX design and user research.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies.

Years of Experience: 5+ years in user experience or related fields
