Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our Digital Customer team. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements and gathering detailed requirements for CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the business and technical stakeholders, translating customer experience requirements into effective and scalable processes. They will recommend best practices and functionalities to meet customer experience objectives and prepare customer experience requirement documents, leading sign-off from business, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and performing demos.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across business and technical teams. The successful candidate will have experience in driving system implementation, monitoring solutions developed by technical teams, tracking progress against milestones, and agile methodology.
In addition, they will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing high-quality work. CRM certifications will be a preference.
