The Pearl Gates Real Estate Broker is seeking for a Real Estate HR & Office Manager must be a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and its unique requirements for managing human resources and office operations. Below are the key duties and responsibilities of this role:

- Managing Office Operation: responsible for administering the day-to-day activities, operations of the administrative office, which includes overseeing, compliance, and achievements of the administrative personnels.
- Human Resource Management: responsible for managing the human resources function of the office, including recruiting, hiring, and training administrative and support staff, and managing employee performance.
- Office Management: ensuring that the office functions in a manner that is effective and efficient, offering administrative support, leadership, as well as advice and direction, and contributing to the maintenance of a working environment that is decent and productive.
- Communication and Coordination: responsible for coordinating office communication, both internally and externally.
- Supervising Staff: accountable for managing the work administrative staff and supervising to ensure that they perform their duties effectively.
- Overall, the Real Estate HR and Office Manager plays a critical role in managing human resources and office operation to ensure that the administrative functions of an office run smoothly and efficiently, and to provide leadership and guidance to administrative personnels.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required for this position. A master's degree in a related field may be preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of real estate experience and 5 years in human resources management, office administration, or a similar sector are usually necessary. Management or supervisory experience is desired.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations: Requires knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including transactional paperwork, trust account administration, and compliance.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage real estate agents and support staff.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: In a fast-paced profession like real estate, human resources and office management need strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
