**Waterpark Operations Supervisor**

The Aquatics Supervisor supervises teams of lifeguards and attraction operations under the direction of the Aquatic Management Team. They are responsible for maintaining employee morale, performance, and act as point of contact for guest concerns.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supervise lifeguard teams, including maintaining morale and performance. Manage logistics of rotation and breaks
- Supervise Slide Testing and Pool Cleaning teams
- Perform daily checks of equipment and facility
- Maintain deck presence and act as a point of contact for guest concerns

**Your experience and skills include**:

- 1 year of lifeguard experience
- Current or previous experience as a lifeguard within programs such as Ellis & Associates, StarGuard ELITE, or American Red Cross
- High reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Basic competency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Combined 3 years of experience utilizing the Ellis & Associates Program, including experience as a front-line lifeguard
- Operational experience supervising lifeguard headcounts over 5
- History of ethical conduct and exceptional attention to detail
