**Job Title**: Softwear Systems Sales Specialist

**Job Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Identifying Sales Opportunities**:
- Research and identify potential new customers.
- Analyze market and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Communication**:
- Conduct daily communications with potential and existing customers to introduce them to the electronic systems and services offered.
- Deliver presentations and detailed explanations of the benefits of the electronic systems.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Work towards achieving the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up on sales leads and successfully close deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- **Internal Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management.
- **Continuous Development**:
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors to propose improvements to systems and services.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Previous experience in selling electronic systems or software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the local market and the relevant sectors (sports facilities and restaurants).
**Compensation and Commission Structure**:
- **Base Salary**: Determined based on experience and qualifications.
- **Sales Commission**:
- 2% of the deal value (based on monthly or annual sales volume).
- Additional bonuses for achieving or exceeding specific sales targets.
