Service Center Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Team Coordination & Management:
- Assign and monitor service calls for technicians, ensuring optimal distribution of workload.
- Track technician performance and adherence to timelines and service standards.
- Organize regular technical workshops to ensure technicians stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and product updates.
2. **Customer Service & Communication**:
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth service communication.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate post-service follow-ups to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
3. **Technical & Administrative Oversight**:
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency repair requests.
- Manage spare parts and tool inventories to ensure technicians are always equipped.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty procedures and service agreements.
4. **Reporting & Process Optimization**:
- Generate regular performance and service efficiency reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback trends to enhance service delivery and minimize turnaround times.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical Engineering) is preferred.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience coordinating service operations, preferably in the home appliance or technical service industry.
- Familiarity with common household appliances and troubleshooting methods.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and service management software.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- **Fluency in Arabic is a** **must**; English proficiency is an advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with ERP or service management systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturer warranty policies.
- Technical knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting appliances.
