Job Title**:Chocolatier / Chocolate Maker**

**Job Overview**: We are a prestigious artisan chocolatier dedicated to crafting luxury chocolates of exceptional quality and taste. Our brand is committed to excellence and innovation in chocolate making. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolate Maker to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce high-quality chocolates according to established recipes and standards.
- Temper chocolate, mold pralines, and create various chocolate confections using artisanal techniques.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients for chocolate production, including cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, and flavorings.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in ingredient measurements to maintain consistency in product quality.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the chocolate making process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any deviations or inconsistencies in chocolate products promptly.
- Operate and maintain chocolate making equipment, including tempering machines, enrobers, and molding equipment.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment to ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Contribute to product development and innovation by proposing new flavors, designs, and techniques to enhance our chocolate offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chocolate making to continuously improve our products.
- Maintain accurate records of chocolate production activities, including batch records, inventory levels, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and food safety standards in all production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chocolate Maker or Chocolatier, preferably in a luxury artisanal chocolate setting.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate production techniques, including tempering, molding, and enrobing.
- Attention to detail and precision in ingredient measurements and chocolate crafting.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and designs to create unique chocolate creations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards applicable to chocolate manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
