**Lead Corporate Services Officer (IT Support)**

**About the role**

**Accountabilities**
- Capture the procedures, process and SOPs followed in Business Units and provide necessary feedback to IT Project team for software development.
- Responsible for coordinating with business units and other relevant stakeholders for requirement gathering, preparation of BRDs, CRs, Test scenarios and other related documents for smooth system project delivery.
- Provide functional inputs to IT for process/functional improvement and report/interfaces development.
- Verify that all developed systems are mapped and aligned with company policies.
- Verify accuracy and integrity of data and reports maintaining the confidentiality of the information

Qualifications

**About you**

You will possess:

- A minimum of 5 years systems’ operation/development related experience along with 5years of experience as software developer preferably in.net technologies.
- Should have worked with IT projects with exposure to Business Requirement Document (BRD), Change Requests, Test Scenarios, User Acceptance Test (UAT), production and post production support.
- Conversant with Facilities Management process and preferably backed with hands on experience.
- Functional exposure in Oracle Apps (Inventory, Procurement, Material Management, Property Manager, Oracle EAM)
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Petty Cash Management system
- Experience of working with BI tools.
- Command of English language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
