We are Hiring Receptionist and Admin:
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
- Min. 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
