Nuvani London is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury hotel in Doha, seeking a talented and experienced Chinese Chef de Cuisine. As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring high quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, develop, and execute authentic menus that showcase a variety of flavors and techniques
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled chefs, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure proper utilization of ingredients
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other chefs, managers, and stakeholders to achieve culinary excellence and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort
- Deep knowledge and expertise in culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent creativity and ability to create authentic and innovative dishes
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
- Passion for Chinese cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences
