Sales Executive

To act as an ambassador to promote and sell new, and renew existing memberships, through an honest and accurate sales process, as well as maintaining and increasing satisfaction through building relationships with all M Active Men members.
Responsible for achieving monthly targets; will be measured against set targets and Key Performance Indicators, and any other targets relating to other areas such as daily calls, close ratios, and referrals.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all members and prospects visiting the club and ensuring that expectations are exceeded on a daily basis.
Must have a clear understanding of M Active Men’s business objectives, vision, and values and reflect them in your attitude, actions, behavior, and results.
**DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the finest ambassador for M Active Men at all times.
- Achieving individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Contribute the highest sales performance level in order for the Sales Team as a whole to achieve the minimum requirement of an on-target performance.
- Ensure that all targets, forecasts and goals set for activity levels in each area are reached daily to achieve the required number of membership sales.
- Support and work with all marketing strategies, Key Performance Indicators and initiatives throughout the club; whilst liaising with all other departments (particularly fitness) to integrate the selling process with the prospect/member.
- To work pro-actively and identify opportunities for new business through existing members and external leads.
- Ensure quality contacts with members to drive referral lead generation.
- Meet deadlines and always follows company processes and procedures.
- Always follow all club rules, leading by example for members.
- Maintain open lines of communications with the team and be supportive of all Head of Department and other departments.
**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
Previous experience of working within sales.
Previous experience of working with health club sales (desirable but not essential).
