**About the role**:
Qatar Executive is recruiting for a Sales Specialist to join its growing Sales Department.

In this role, you are responsible for executing all Sales and Marketing activities to reach both financial and quality targets. You will provide World-class service to customers through your exceptional commitment and proactive approach. You will work towards customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term sales goals in line with sales and marketing department standards and commercial policy.

**Specific responsibilities of the role include the following**:

- Researches for new market opportunities in Business Aviation.
- Maps out potential customers and competitors and prepares customer profiles to deliver the best possible service. Corresponds with prospects and existing clients.
- Maximizes all opportunities and effectively sells the Executive Jets products to customers.
- Identifies trends in customer calls and provides the information to the Department Manager.
- Prepares professional commercial offers, contracts, and presentations.
- Submits detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to possible business problems.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Supports sales and marketing department with assigned projects, such as researching and purchasing target advertising in all media for niche markets.
- Provides regular commercial reports to management on competitive environment and overall sales/ marketing activities
- Assesses and resolves inquiries, requests, needs, and complaints at the first point of contact and supports in the follow-up if further investigation is required.
- Maintains electronic and written databases of letters and forms received, the information provided, services requested, and complaints made.
- Encourages feedback on services provided and makes necessary recommendations to the management for service improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Education qualification up to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- With a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
- Business aviation background is preferable or a background in luxury product sales (eg 5-star hotels)
- With good customer service experience.
- With relevant experience in top segments customer relations management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to carry on a business conversation across different levels of customers including business owners and decision-makers.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- With a high degree of self-motivation and personal enthusiasm.
