**Résumé des fonctions**

Conseiller les employés sur l’information foncière générale, les groupes à l’interne, les changements de politique ou toute autre information pertinente. Répondre aux questions générales sur les services disponibles, la propriété et les équipements disponibles. Confirmer le prénom et le nom du client et le type de traitement prévu avant le début du traitement. Surveiller et respecter l’horaire tout au long de la journée. Prévenir les fournisseurs de changements de dernière minute ou des ajouts à l’horaire et résoudre les problèmes d’horaire au besoin. Promouvoir et vendre les services du spa/salon, ainsi que les produits de détail. Remplir les formulaires de demande de produits, de fournitures et d’équipement additionnels. Inspecter les zones de travail et les outils ou l’équipement pour s’assurer qu’ils sont conformes aux normes de l’entreprise. Informer le service d’Ingénierie des besoins en entretien et en réparation du spa/salon. Aider la direction avec l’embauche, la formation, la planification, la motivation et l’encadrement des employés; et servir de modèle de rôle. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire.

Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres; assurer le soutien de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité; élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans visant à améliorer la qualité ou des mesures correctives. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
