**Job Descriptions**:
Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som is the region’s first fully immersive and integrative wellness resort, situated on the northern tip of Qatar. Managed by the world-acclaimed Chiva-Som, a career with us will transform your life the same way we transform the lives of our guests.?

**KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Deliver a smooth check-in/out experience.
Guide the guests during their transformative journeys in the Resort by constant coordination with other departments.
Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests.
Anticipate all guest needs and handle inquiries.
Knowledgeable of the resort products and services, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, promotions, and Resort retreats.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
BSc/BA in Business Administration preferred or equivalent
Fluent in spoken English and Arabic, any additional language is a plus
Hotel systems knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Guest complaints handling, and problem-solving
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues.
Experience working with multicultural teams.
1 year of relevant work experience.
Service-focused personality.
Intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence.
