**Key Accountabilities**

**Project Monitoring & Coordination**:
Assist with project monitoring and budget tracking.

Operational Planning

Budget preparation and monitoring

Monitoring of Project

Analyze and evaluate using KPIs

Oversees the development and implementation of corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest training and conducts ethical decision-making training for senior management on ethics issues and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Support Corporate Ethics Committee meetings and maintain appropriate records like Action Log, Trends etc. of such Ethics related meetings.

Finalize minutes from the meeting and prepare an Executive summary of minutes and related upcoming Meeting Agenda.

Support in preparing the project initiation reports, project closure reports and all other requisite reports on a timely basis.

**Patient Safety Commitment**

Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in timely manner.

Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.

Demonstrate a sense of team work and effective communication.

Partner with line manager to understand risks in the area of work, develop a plan on how to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan.

**Other duties**

The incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed.

Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.

**Minimum Job Requirements**

**Education Requirements**

Bachelor Degree in Management or relevant

**Experience & Knowledge**

Minimum 4-5 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience managing projects preferably in health care environment

Strong experience in Microsoft Office like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Projects etc

**Skills Requirements**
- Bilingual, both oral and written (Arabic and English) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional tact with employees.
- Good listening skills
- Ability to trace information and follow it through to the end

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
