The Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding our exhibitor and sponsor base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our events. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional passionate about events and exhibitions and skilled in business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Exhibitor & Sponsor Recruitment**:Identify, target, and secure exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring that each client is aligned with the event's objectives and offerings.
- **Sales Outreach**: Conduct targeted sales calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to pitch the value of the exhibition and sponsorship packages.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and event-specific sales targets, utilizing industry knowledge to maximize revenue.
- **Negotiation & Contracts**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring all agreements align with company policies.
- **Market Research**: Analyze the local market, competitor events, and trends to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Event Support**: Collaborate with event management teams to ensure seamless event logistics for exhibitors and sponsors.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales updates, reports, and forecasts to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the events, exhibitions, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of event planning and sponsorship management.
- Valid Qatar driving license and access to a car.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation**:
Base Salary: 5,000 QAR
Performance-based bonus structure
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
