Learning & Development Specialist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct needs assessments, designs and develops appropriate training to meet organization and individual needs
- Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies
- Participate in making the training plan and training need analysis
- Manage training providers searching and selection process
- Manage and coordinate all training preparation related activities
- Monitor and report about the training implementation and the daily operation of training including attendance, feedback from trainee and trainer, development areas of the training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure ROI and objectives are accomplished
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **3 to 5 years of work experience in similar position**:
- **Bachelor’s degree is a must and technical Diploma, or certificate is preferred**:
- **Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred**
