We are looking for experienced **Mail Clerk**
**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of all mail coordination and administer full range of correspondence between departments and mail services
- Keep time accountability of all incoming and outgoing mail with updated log record both in hard and soft copies.
- Keep all the documents archives as reference with proper tagging and safe location.
- Liaises and coordinates with Finance dept on Invoices accountability and maintain confidentiality record.
- Receiving and acknowledging all vendor Invoices and forwarding the same to Finance dept for further processing.
Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary
- 3 years in Clerical Jobto handle documents/ shipments.
- Excellent knowledge in English (written and spoken)
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
