**Job Title**:Customer Relation(CRM) Executive

**Required**: Native Arabic Speaking and English

**Preferred**:CRM software knowledge

**Location**: Barwa Commercial Avenue, Doha, Qatar

**Working Days**: 6 Days/Week ( Saturday to Thursday)

**Working Hours**: 8 Hours/Day

**Contract**:06 months (extendable)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- **Customer Relationship**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure long-term satisfaction
- **CRM Software Management**: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze customer behavior. Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- **Report Generation**: Generate reports from CRM software to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer relations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**: Plan and execute customer engagement activities such as events, promotions, and feedback surveys to enhance customer relationships.
- **Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, particularly in the automobile sector.
- **Guidance**:Provide customers with accurate information and guidance regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Training and Development**: Continuously update personal knowledge and skills related to customer relations and the automobile industry. Assist in training new team members on CRM software and customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer relations role, with substantial experience using CRM software. Previous experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.
- **Language proficiency**: Fluent in English and Native Arabic speaker

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in **English and Arabic, both written and verbal.**:

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
