**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - Female**
**with HOSPITALITY background**
We are looking for a Female hard-working, has a positive attitude, and professional for the **CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE** position who has a Hospitality background and is in any customer-related industry.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
**Re**quirements**:
- Female - any nationality
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service related field
- With a Hospitality background
- English proficiency is mandatory, 2nd language will be an added advantage
- Local hire only (Must be in Qatar)
- With valid QID and NOC
- Willing to join immediately
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
