**Job Descriptions**:

- Create chocolates based on the approved recipes from start to finish
- Lead and monitor a team of chocolate makers to ensure that daily deliverables / orders are met
- Train new members on the recipes and standards of making the chocolates
- Create original recipes with new flavours or for new types of chocolates
- Develop flavour and texture combinations
- Produce chocolate and confectionery products
- Design or suggest new moulds / packaging for chocolates
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards
- Resolve issues that may arise on the chocolate making / production (tempering, consistency in flavour, texture, etc.)
- Liaise / coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, delivery, operations, accounts, and management)
- Keep up to date with trends in the chocolate and confectionery industry
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years related work experience (in chocolate and confectionery industry)
- Expert knowledge in the chocolate making techniques and production processes
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be located in Qatar
- Must have a valid QID / transferable work visa
