Are you a seasoned **Sales professional** with a passion for **HVAC solutions**? Join our dynamic team as a **Sales Engineer**, where your primary focus will be driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market share in the Qatar region, particularly within the **HVAC portfolio**. This role offers a vibrant environment for you to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our **Building Technology and Solutions division**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Leadership**:Utilize your extensive sales experience to develop and execute a robust sales strategy for promoting our HVAC solutions. Identify and prioritize opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals
- ** Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct site audits, suggest improvements, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- ** Market Expansion**: Focus on new construction projects and existing installations to drive business growth. Aim to achieve defined sales volumes and expand our customer base
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Regularly update sales tools and provide accurate forecasts
- ** Long-term Relationships**: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay self-motivated to drive growth in your territory

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- ** Proven success in selling HVAC products**, specifically Chillers, CWS (Chilled Water Systems), AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close deals. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
- Deep understanding of **HVAC systems**:

- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

**Preferred**
- Valid Qatar Driving License
