_**Job Descriptions**:_
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network issues quickly.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructures.
- Manage Internet access and intranet connections in each outlet and head office
- Administrate E-mail and communications services.
- Real-time monitoring for LAN, WAN, and Server performance.
- Participate in new projects which need an input/server/environment from IT.
- Contact hardware and software suppliers as needed for new purchases and technical support.
- Plan for future needs of infrastructure, software, and hardware.
- Maintain the internet and Wi-Fi in each outlet.
- Monitor the telephone system to ensure that all requests for support from each department are met and responded to in an efficient and effective manner and contact with Network if needed.
- Monitor high-impact issues to ensure all relevant staff are deployed effectively.
- Follow software purchasing guidelines and liaise with the Network Manager to ensure the software is compatible with the company network.
- Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required.
- Maintain CCTV in every outlet.
- Defining system and operational policies and procedures in the company.
- Maintains the backup plan and maintains the storage and server cluster environments.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems per the schedule
- Provides technical support and investigations of IT-related problems and coordinates the implementation of the appropriate solution with the Administration Department
- **Skills**:_
- Understanding of technology directions, trends, and strategic business impacts.
- Proficiency in process management, technology evaluation, and project management.
- Well-adept with all hardware and software and network operating system.
- Familiarity with the balanced scorecard concept, and IT standards such as ITIL or COBIT.
- Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to develop technical documentation for the non-technical user.
- Ability to coach and mentor the outlet team to develop operational capability.
- Microsoft Windows maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise and experience with tiered storage and storage networks.
- Strong experience with Microsoft server troubleshooting and daily activities associated with the management and administration of all network servers.
- Strong grasp of network and OS troubleshooting including Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery procedures and enterprise storage.
- Experience in Managing and supporting SAP.
- Results driven with strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
