Conference Producer

To successfully project manage our conferences from initial topic conception to final execution. Responsible for research of the conference topics, finding industry leading experts and through direct contact establishing a connection to involve them in upcoming projects and conferences. Responsible for manging, coordinating the company’s marketing and sales campaigns, working with various teams to ensure that the services created are presented in the right way to the right audience. Develop project management and market research skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To work as part of the Events Team, to deliver high quality international and local events.
- To research and analyse the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events
- To create a comprehensive topic/s briefing document for all events such as: An overview of the topics and its validity as a standalone or fearured event; An account of the likelihood that the event will encourage the participation of paying delegates; The highlights of the current issues faced by the industry; To identify potential speakers and resource persons; To identify key issues which will be addressed at the event; To research all possible events covering the proposed topic to analyze potential conflicts in dates or over exposure; To highlight possible sponsors for events; To create for a post-event reports
- To write the conference programme, invite speakers, liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to and/or ancillary to the successful conducting of the event.
- In liaison with the Marketing Department, support the marketing of sponsorship opportunities for events of the company and supervise the work of sales and marketing staff
- Liaising with marketing team to organize event marketing, promotion, publicity, sales and related campaigns
- Liaising with speakers throughout the conference production cycle
- Assisting with direct sales for attendance to prospective delegates and for potential sponsors, when required.
- Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as onsite and post-event logistics.
- To be fully in-charge of the technical requirements and production of the event
- Where necessary assist in budgeting, financial and cash management for the events.
- Ensure the receipt of survey by attendees to events and to analyze reactions or feedback, reporting to management, and using such info to influence future events
- Carrying out post-event analysis for the company’s management assessment and reports for publications purposes
- Assisting the Event Director/Manager, International Events in arranging conferences and other commercial events of the compaby through managing tasks delegated upon
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ experience in the event, marketing and advertising industries
- Proven track record in designing and managing events programming
- Experience of project management and co-ordination
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
- Organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to coach people and give constructive feedback
- Confident presentation skills
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- With outstanding organizational, leadership, and management skills
- Drivers License

**Salary**: QAR16,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
