Female Salon Supervisor

Job Purpose:
Accountable for ensuring all salon team members are capable and proficient in all their respective duties and day-to-day operational activities to meet with the salon’s objectives and standards
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate salon staff to a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
- Improving and Analysing Customer Satisfaction across the reception and therapist.
- Maintain close contact with clients, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the salon and hair services if offer at the branch.
- Assist in marketing the service of the salon facilities in the local market.
- Ensure that all facilities within the branch operate efficiently to achieve the highest possible revenues and profit.
- Oversee and carry out retail, customer service & receptionist related training to diva lounge spa standard including but not limited to:
- Following up with all salon therapists to ensure that treatments are being delivered to a consistent standard as stated in the spa training manual.
- Following up with all other personnel to ensure work is delivered to a consistent standard as stated in the salon operations manual.
- Conduct on the job training.
- To conduct training for the staff in accordance to the Training Plan in order that employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties assigned.
- Maintain proper training records and scoring as part of annual performance review
- Grow retail sales and increase sales conversions at the retail gallery and with the therapists
- Manage merchandise, including display and replenishment of shelves, par levels
- Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, spa policies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations inline with Covid 19
- Provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor products and accessories used in the spa to ensure all budgets are achieved and adhered to.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Knowledge and implementation of Diva lounge spa Mission/Vision/values.
- Monitoring spa protocols through staff interactions, customer service, and hygiene.
- Prepare monthly usage reports back barring wastage report.
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining adequate supply of all products, including all those used in treatments and those sold retail, and reordering when required.
- Regular inventory check and reorder supplies.
- Receive and check stock in conjunction with Zenoti system as per purchase orders and invoices.
- Co-ordinate with the needs of the team to ensure the smooth operations, cleanliness and maintenance of the entire spa and its equipment’s.
- Ensure all equipment and system faults are promptly reported and repaired
- Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
- Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments.
- Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Having detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.
- Develops positive working relationships at all levels.
- Handle baladiya and all governmental requirements for the therapists including renewal dates of certification,
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
