**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Oil and Gas industry in

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy and Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the

Qatar Oil and Gas industry.
- Identify new sales opportunities and market segments, and devise strategies to penetrate and generate sales in those areas.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing oil and gas companies in Qatar to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify potential clients and establish connections to expand the client base and foster new business relationships.

3. Vendor Sourcing and Representation:

- Research and identify international vendors offering products and services relevant to the Oil and Gas industry.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new vendors to establish partnerships and secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our capabilities and attract potential vendors.

4. Sales Team Leadership and Support:

- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer service.

5. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend appropriate actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management within the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector, including products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
