Executive - Loyalty Program

We are looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Executive with a strong digital background to lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive loyalty program.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Concept Development: Design a customer loyalty program from scratch, focused on driving repeat business, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Digital Integration: Oversee the integration of loyalty programs across digital platforms such as apps, websites, and social media, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize customer data and analytics to inform decision-making, segment audiences, and personalize rewards based on customer behavior.
Customer Engagement: Create innovative engagement strategies to foster loyalty, incorporating gamification, point systems, and exclusive membership benefits.
Vendor Management: Work closely with third-party vendors for CRM, loyalty management software, and rewards fulfillment to optimize the program’s operations.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze program performance through KPIs such as customer retention rates, program engagement, and ROI, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with external brands or vendors to enhance the program’s value proposition and offer cross-promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
Degree in technology or marketing.
3-4 years Proven experience in designing and implementing loyalty programs, preferably in a digital-first environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, and data analysis tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to align technology, operations, and marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of emerging trends and innovations in loyalty programs and digital customer experiences.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
