INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

**Primary purpose of job**
Support day-to-day network and telecommunication infrastructure operational requirements, including but not limited to

install, test and maintain of structured cabling, AC/DC power systems, Unified Communication systems. Role as first level

support after business hours to ensure optimal availability of corporate systems and services.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Good knowledge and experience in structured cabling copper and fiber installation, termination, testing, labelling,

commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining commissioned telecommunications circuits and

services, especially Ethernet and IP technologies.
- Good knowledge and experience in installing and removing network devices and modules, such as switch, router, power

supply, modem, adapter, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience in using and understanding copper and fiber cabling testing tools and report.
- Good understanding of service provider technologies and telecommunication products and services.

**Education**:

- A minimum of a Diploma and 5 (five) years of experience in diverse technical environment, preferably related to the Oil

and Gas industry.
- Attended technical cabling related training.
- Possess cabling installer or cabling technician certification is a plus.
