**About this role**
- Promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities;
- Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices;
- Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality;
- To organize / co-ordinate the general staffing arrangements of the Major Projects (MP) entity as follows:
- To routinely prepare, maintain and update Major Projects Organization Chart;
- To ensure all job descriptions as per approved MP Organization Chart are timely prepared;
- To coordinate for mobilization (and later demobilization) of personnel with Project/Team Managers, HR and C&P including preparation/submission/follow up of MRF and TAS CFT;
- To review department induction, training and other training requirements as required;
- To coordinate all mobilization and demobilization activities including arrangement with General Services, IT and Human Resources Department;
- Manage the personnel administration database and provide regular reporting to management on personnel mobilizations / demobilizations / relocations etc.
- To organize the relocation of personnel to the different work locations as follows;
- Plan, in conjunction with Project/Team Managers, the movements of personnel between locations;
- Ensure the practical aspects are in place on location (e.g. accommodation / schooling / administrative aspects - visa etc.);
**For Technical Assistance Contract**:
- To liaise with Project/Team Managers to establish their requirements and timing for contracted technical assistance;
- To submit duly completed MRF with Job Description to HR for approval and create PR in SAP;
- To request C&P TAS Team for Service Contractors based on established service contract documents and keep track of all received proposals;
- To liaise with Project Control Manager to address any issues with TAS services arrangement as required.
**What you need to bring**
- Experience in manpower coordination;
- Experience in Offshore O&G industry;
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English.
