- **Sales Performance**: Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer interactions.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services; conduct demonstrations of devices and accessories.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest products and features in services and mobile phones to provide informed recommendations.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback through written reports on challenges and inquiries to enhance service quality.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the proper condition and organization of supplies, fittings, stationery, marketing materials, and products within the store.
- **Reporting**: Report day-to-day challenges and provide recommendations and feedback to the Retail Store Manager.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to work regulations including apparel, appearance, behavior, and attendance as set by the Division Manager.
- **Training and Development**: Regularly attend training and coaching sessions provided by management, and stay informed about the latest products and services.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Share expertise and knowledge with team members, setting an example and promoting the brand experience to ensure a consistent and positive customer interaction.
- **Standards and KPIs**: Maintain high standards for quality and customer experience while helping to achieve the store’s KPIs and T-NPS targets.
- **Store Upkeep**: Contribute to the store’s maintenance, including display, stock management, and adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- **Cash Management**: Be responsible for cash float, takings, and support; perform end-of-day reconciliation and administrative procedures, and handle occasional cash deposits as assigned.
- **Task Flexibility**: Carry out various tasks proactively as assigned by the supervisor.
- **IT Systems**: Utilize company IT systems according to established procedures.
- **Active Participation**: Engage actively in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
