Mind Institute is currently in search of a skilled and committed Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our company. It is a full-time position located at our office in Ain Khaled.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of payments, invoices, and follow-ups on payments.
- Prepare and send payment logs to Managers.
- Ensure smooth management of the reception area.
- Assist in developing forms and data collection sheets.
- Liaise with the Operations Coordinator for maintenance requests.
- Support with the placing and monitoring of supplies.
- Support departments such as Human Resources on request.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator/Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and the MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with excellent communication skills.
