**Job description**

Responsible for clerical tasks and supporting employees and management in day to day admin-related activities.
- Office Admin
- Events Management
- Bookings and Conferences
- Employees issues if any
- Keeps records, documentation, bookkeeping and a filing system
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Helps with organizing and planning events (such as graduation ceremonies)
- Has the ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Follows procedures and meet deadlines
- Organizes and schedules appointments as requested, manages Outlook Calendar
- Maintains updated contact information of both staff and external parties
- Orders office supplies and researches new deals and suppliers

**Skills**
- Customer service Orientation
- 5 years’ experience in Admin is a Must
- High level of communication and business plan oriented
- Teamwork & Cooperation and customer service orientation
- High level of confidentiality and Detail-orientated

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
