**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Representative at MA Insights in Qatar. The Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. The role involves collaborating directly with the IT team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: 4000 QAR + attractive commission.
- **Car Allowance**: If you own a car, you will receive a fuel allowance.
- **Transportation**: If you do not have a car, transportation will be covered by the company.

**Qualifications**
- Must be a **Qatari resident**.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate data analytics concepts; a solid background in IT is required.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power Report Builder, etc.), and automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.); technical knowledge is not required, but a basic understanding is necessary.
- A personal car is preferred, as this role involves meeting clients face-to-face at their offices.
- Proficiency in **both Arabic and English**.
- A **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least **4+ years of experience** in the field.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
