Background

Ooredoo is entering a new phase in its lifecycle where operational and commercial excellence has become critical for success. The urgency for change has become more heightened amidst increased competitive intensity across all markets in which Ooredoo operates. The Group’s ESS transformation programme must therefore ensure the successful delivery of the transformation in context of:

- Alignment of the Program objectives with the overall Ooredoo strategy
- Rapidly changing ICT environment
- Management of executive and shareholder expectations across the OpCos throughout the transformation
- Management of employee, customer and supplier expectations
- Constant dynamics and local challenges in the economic, regulatory and legal environments

This position will work with the Ooredoo Group Leadership Team, the Opco CEOs and direct reports, the **Manager, Quality and Program Assurance **will be accountable for the successful delivery of ESS Transformation Program ensuring appropriate assurance program. The program aims to implement a unified way of working across Finance, Sourcing and Human Resources with clear roles and responsibilities that eliminates redundancy and promotes efficiency.

The role will ensure a coordinated approach throughout Ooredoo, enabling Ooredoo operations to execute their mandates effectively.

The manager** **will be responsible to ensure continuous monitoring of the program's quality and risks at a holistic program level.

Role Profile
- Defines and enforces quality controls to ensure continuous monitoring of the program's risks at a holistic program level.
- Ensures the highest quality of work is being undertaken and that program risks and controls are being managed across all workstreams.
- Establishes a Quality Assurance Framework and defining Quality Assurance parameters for the entire program to assess and actively manages program quality and controls. Ensures compliance of SI documentation, technology, process re-design, risks, controls, test scenarios and segregation of duties quality parameters in addition to ensuring data migration is performed according to the requirements of maintaining data completeness and data integrity.
- Responsible for the current and future system security measures
- Responsible for executing Quality assessments across the entire program lifecycle.
- Performs quality assurance assessments to ensure program deliverables are executed according to requirements and standards set out in the Risk Management and Quality Assurance Framework, and evaluates the SI delivery according to agreed upon requirements while providing ongoing improvement with action-orientated recommendations across the entire program lifecycle.
- Conducts stage gate assessments of program quality, performance, status and outlook to ensure high quality deliverables are maintained at every stage of the program and to provide quality assessment of entry and exit criteria for each phase of the program.
- Conducts targeted assessments on specific identified areas and reviews deliverables and processes at a program level to ensure quality management of the program, and ensure that they pass all the quality controls set out in the Risk Management and Quality Assurance Framework.

Experience
**Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge**
- 8 years of Management Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Transformation experience
- Minimum 5 years in sector industry
- Work across diverse cultures and geographies
- Proven track record of business improvement
- High performing individual in a line management position, with strong standing to be perceived as peer for most management levels
- Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated with specific initiative
- Ability to drive change management work stream in a project context with limited guidance
- Sound business judgment to ensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performance improvement activities
- Sufficient financial knowledge to understand business cases and consequences on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training
- High level of energy and creativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile
