**About the role**
We are hiring for your skills the job requires interacting closely with management on all matters pertaining to benefit policies and their implementation.

Other operational duties would include:

- Evaluate the medical insurance proposals for the employees in various countries and prepare and manage the relevant documentation for management approval.
- Propose life insurance/ workmen's insurance for employees in accordance with the provisions of each country's local labor law and market practice.
- Propose / Review various allowances. This will include:

- Car allowance/company automobile perk
- Housing Allowance, based on local market needs;
- Mobile Allowance, based on job / local market needs;
- Employees' children's education allowances based on their position
- By researching programs, nominate pension plan/Social Security benefit possibilities.
- Interprets benefit policies and procedures to answer employee concerns and address difficulties.
- Establishes and maintains working connections with benefit providers and other internal departments to expedite the delivery of benefits.
- Prepares the benefits and department operational budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes deviations, and takes corrective action to meet financial goals.
- Review and recommend any alternative benefits plan that may be necessary for employees based on the tasks they are responsible for.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR - Remuneration and Organization Design.

Specialist - minimum 5 years of job-related experience required

Working knowledge of HR / management preferably in Airline industry / Hospitality Industry / Health Care Company.

Proven experience and flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.

Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget.

Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks.

Sound judgement, good problem solving and analytical skills.

Continuous process improvement capability.

Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines and defined budget.
