The HR Officer – Operations is responsible for supporting the HR operations team in executing daily HR tasks, including managing employee data, assisting with payroll, and administering benefits. This role serves as a frontline HR contact, ensuring smooth operations and addressing employee needs while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  2. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  3. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
  4. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
  5. HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications
