- Understand requirements & software & hardware systems used for operations and be able to use them as a Data Officer, Inspector or Surveyor
- Develop user guides and detailed procedures (word & powerpoint documents) based on functional use cases & systems used (SW & HW)
- Setup the Operations' team processes & policies, and objectives
- Plan & monitor resources deployment by location and timing by maintaining shift planning & monitoring attendance logs & coordinating with third parties (ex.: farms) to inform of the planned visits
- Monitor the execution, quality of work & performance of operations team
- Interview, onboard & manage all resources
- Ensure all tools & equipments required is available and in working condition and provided to the teams. Manage stock & maintenance of these tools along with technical team as level 2
- Provide regular reporting on support tickets (excel, any other tool provided)
- Provide suggestions on how to structure, automate and improve support activity & systems continuously

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree Office suite & IT proficiency
- Previous operations management experience
- Ability to produce organized documents (processes, guidelines, etc)
- Strong communication skills in writing & verbal communication skills (arabic / English other language: mix of backgrounds for this team)
- Driving license
