Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Processing**:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and verification.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Collaborate with HR to gather relevant information for payroll adjustments.
- **MS Excel Proficiency**:Utilize advanced features of MS Excel to create and maintain detailed payroll spreadsheets.
Develop and maintain complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts for efficient data analysis.
Generate reports and summaries for payroll-related metrics.
- **Compliance and Accuracy**:Stay updated on relevant labor laws and tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
Conduct regular audits to guarantee the accuracy of payroll calculations.
Address discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
- **Documentation and Recordkeeping**:Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll records.
Prepare and archive payroll reports for internal and external audits.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to gather necessary payroll information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and accuracy.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Must have a valid QID
- Available to join immediately
**Salary**: From QAR3,000.00 per month
